Another thing is that, as clear aligners can be detached, the patients have the sense of not going through any treatment compared to the regular orthodontic treatments.

As clear aligners have a very transparent appearance, they will reflect the natural colour of your teeth at the highest level. It will give an impression as if there is no aligner or treatment material inside the mouth. The in-mouth wounds that occur during conventional treatments are not seen during clear aligner treatments. Thanks to this, clear aligners do not create any difficulty talking, eating, and chew during the day.

The clear aligner can be detached during all daily functions (eating, drinking, chewing). These functions can be carried out without any issues. The aligner should be removed while carrying these functions out. It is much easier to ensure hygiene by doing this. When the aligners are removed, the dental hygiene should be continued just like a regular daily routine (brushing the teeth, dental floss and mouth wash).

What is the Treatment Procedure for the Invisalign (Clear Aligners)?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The treatment procedure begins with the visit of the patient to our clinic. The patient will go through an intra-oral examination and will be evaluated for suitability for the treatment. The treatment is usually suitable if no periodontological problems are present. The condition of the tooth root section inside the bone structure is very important for this treatment. Clear aligner treatment is indicated depending on the root-bone level compliance. The intra-oral examination is completed after general examinations and panoramic X-Ray imaging procedures.



After all evaluations, the measurement for the clear aligner is performed by 3-D scanners. With the intra-oral scans following the detailed examination, the patient can see the final image after the treatment is completed, thanks to detailed animations provided by the system.

The teeth alignment planned to be obtained at the end of the treatment is presented to the patient, and confirmation is acquired. The treatment period will be designed via an application connected to the scanner software. The patient will be informed about an estimated period of the whole treatment. Following mutual consent and approval, the production of the treatment material is started in a short time.

The clear aligners produced between 14-20 workdays will be delivered to the clinic. Then, the patient will be contacted by the dentist, and the intra-oral adaptation of the aligners will be performed. The adaptation of the aligners will be checked in a four to six-week interval visit to the dentist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How is the Invisalign (Clear Aligner) used, and how easy is it?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After the aligners arrive at the clinic, the aligners will be delivered to the patient in a suitable way. The clear aligners should be used for approx. 20 -22 hours per day. However, with the clear and invisible and easily detachable form, the aligners are very comfortable to use even during in-person meetings during the day.

The patient will be provided protective and storage cases with the aligners. These will provide the ability to detach and store the aligners without any hygiene loss easily.

You will be given a cleaning gel with your aligners. With this, you will control and prevent any hygiene loss that can develop on your aligners. Complaints such as foul breath, aligner discolouration etc., can be minimalised by preserving and using your aligners according to these methods.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
